1. What Flaky Is

Flaky is a coordination tool that allows groups to anonymously signal preferences about plans or activities. Flaky does not guarantee outcomes, consensus, or decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flaky.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Only add phone numbers of people you have permission to contact
• Use Flaky for lawful purposes
• Not harass, spam, or abuse other users or the Service

You are responsible for your interactions with others resulting from use of Flaky.

4. SMS Usage

By using Flaky, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to verification and group activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use Flaky for harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. No Warranties

Flaky is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or emotional damages arising from your use of the Service, including social, professional, or personal outcomes.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Flaky at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or the Service is being misused.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flaky after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
